Patricia is an amazing instructor. She not only skillfully teaches the material, but brings a level of experienced practicality and nuance that fit the pieces all together for a newer Pilates teacher. She will always take the extra time to ensure everyone is confident in the material and knowledgeable in the cues and principles to properly teach our students. I feel like I am learning from the best!
Even taking this module online, Patricia managed to maintain the energy and attention level, during the two days. Excellent knowledge of the material and the "sight of an hawk". She provides excellent feedback to make alignment adjustment even "on line". She utilize the Combo, the Wunda and the Exo chairs to present the exercises so that we can appreciate the differences and their applications. It went further, including the relationship of the exercises between the chair and other devices such as the Cadillac, the Reformer. I liked that her camera changed the shot. You could see from different angles as if you were in person. Very accessible and answer all your doubts.
Patricia has the magic touch of 1. keeping the material interesting & fun to learn, 2. the group engaged, 3. creating an overall supportive learning atmosphere
CoreAlign 1 was a really well constructed course. Patricia, and her technician Bob, did a fabulous job in an online class setting (COVID). They watched our form in the exercises, gave corrections and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Suncoast Pilates for their professionalism and expertise.
Allie is fantastic. This class was great. I loved the challenge of accomplishing exercises that steered away from before. She explained and demonstrated them clearly. I love her style of teaching. Looking forward to learning from her again.
