Randi

RandiRandi, originally Classically Pilates trained, studied Pilates privately under Victor Barauskas, 2nd generation Pilates instructor and a top instructor for Romana Kryzanowska. She is also Balanced Body Pilates trained under Suncoast Pilates studio owner Patricia.  Randi is also a 500hr Yoga Educator, Certified Fitness Trainer and trained in Massage Therapy. She has worked with professional dance troupes, athletes, princesses, ambassadors, dignitaries, fitness enthusiasts, housewives, golf dads, and post-op/post-rehab clients. She has played soccer, basketball cross country track and is an aspiring surfer. Even though fit and active throughout her life, Randi experienced chronic, debilitating back pain for more than 25 years. This became the impetus for a varied education, more balanced lifestyle and using a passion to help others improve themselves. As a result of a now pain free life, Randi has traveled to more than 25 countries and spent 6 years living in the Middle East. She understands the importance and benefits of correct alignment and technique.  Randi believes that a balanced, healthy life also requires proper nutrition, rest, stress reduction techniques and practice.  She also thinks it can be and should be fun!
