Robert Welter, CPI

Dedicated to bringing mind and body Pilates to North Pinellas,  Bob is a veteran marathon runner / triathlete who turned to Pilates as a way to increase his flexibility.  Pilates has profoundly changed his life, and now finds he wants to share the benefits with everyone.  Bob is Pilates Mat instructor certified. and has been Pilates Reformer and Pilates MVE chair trained.  He has attended numerous continuing education in both Pilates and Yoga, with such national and international Pilates educators such as Stott Master Trainers P.J. O'Claire, John Garey and Stefania Della Pia, the Pilates Coach founder Leslee Bender, Mary Windsor,  Lolita San Miguel, PHI owner Christine Romani-Ruby and Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt.  He has taken Yoga workshops with Rodney Yee.  His wife, Patricia, is the Head Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor for Suncoast Pilates.

Bob has been a Board Member of the Arthritis Foundation, Gulfcoast Region.  He also is dedicated to bringing Pilates and personal wellness to those afflicted with arthritis and chronic conditions as well as the seasoned athlete.

Bob has done numerous talks on arthritis, and was part of an article in the October, 2003, issue of Men's Health magazine.

               "I have made it my goal to provide the best Pilates and Personal Training instruction in the Tampa bay area. To that end I have credentialed and certified instructors on staff. Our instructors are nationally and internationally certified in Pilates and Personal Training and our studio is a proud Studio Member of the Pilates Method Alliance and Business Member of IDEA. If you feel you are not getting the results from your current training or if you find yourself getting injured in your current training program I urge you to try a few sessions with us.
